SCOPE OF WORK:
The Authority seeks a qualified Construction Management firm to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) management services for the Blue Line Phase 3 Light Rail Extension Project. The selected firm shall:

1. Establish and manage a comprehensive Quality Program in accordance with RTA Standards
2. Provide embedded QA/QC staff at multiple active construction sites

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 10+ years CM/QA experience on heavy civil or transit projects
- DBE/SBE certification (minimum 25% DBE participation required)
- PE-licensed staff on team
- Prior experience with regional transit authority preferred
- LEED or sustainability experience a plus
