How a referral works

Send us a warm intro through the referral form on this page, or let us log it for you. We thank you the same day, qualify the lead within 24 hours, and — if it's a fit — run a joint discovery call within about a week. You get paid if and when the referred client becomes a paying Purely Works client.

Your reward

For each referral that closes, you choose one of:

• 5% of the referred client's first-3-months collected revenue, or
• a $500 gift.

Your choice, per closed referral, confirmed at close. Commission is paid quarterly on collected revenue only — never on a signed-but-unpaid contract. The $500 gift skips the invoicing step, but it is compensation, not a tax-free gift: it may be reportable income (for example, on IRS Form 1099) once you cross reporting thresholds in a year, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.

Who can refer, and who you can't be paid to refer

The Referral track is for individuals — clients, ex-clients, colleagues, and professional contacts — introducing a company they don't control the purchase for. To keep everyone clean, no referral fee is payable where:

• you are an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of the referred company, or otherwise have authority over or influence on that company's decision to buy;
• paying you would violate the referred company's own policies or a duty you owe it; or
• the referral is connected to a government contract (see the carve-out).

Government-contract carve-out

Purely Works does not pay referral fees in connection with U.S. federal, state, or local government contracts, or where the referred engagement is funded by, billed to, or performed under a government contract. This avoids any implication under the Anti-Kickback Act and similar procurement rules. Government-adjacent opportunities can still be explored — but under a separate written arrangement, not the Referral track's percentage fee.

How you conduct a referral

• Represent Purely Works accurately — our services, pricing, and results. Don't over-promise on our behalf.
• No spam or unsolicited bulk outreach in Purely Works' name or using our marks.
• Follow the law and the referred company's policies in making the introduction.

Attribution and protection

A lead is registered when it lands via the form on this page or is logged by our Partner Lead. First to register wins, resolved by timestamp. Your registration is protected for 90 days, renewable while you can document an active, continuing conversation — up to 12 months total from first registration. If the company is already an open deal in our pipeline, we'll tell you the same day, and it won't register to you.
