Compensation

How you earn.

You earn commission on client opportunities you help bring in, paid when the client closes. Not for attendance, not for activity — for real contribution to real deals.

We walk through the exact commission terms during onboarding, before you commit to anything. You'll see how attribution works, when payment happens, and what counts as helping bring in a client. No fine print discovered later.

And if nothing closes during your cohort? You still leave with a trained, practiced skill, real reps on real pipeline, and a track record you can point to anywhere. The training is yours either way. Commission is the upside.

One more thing, stated carefully: strong performers may be considered for deeper involvement or future paid roles with Purely Works. That is a genuine possibility — several of our best working relationships started small — but it is a possibility, not a promise.
