Is this an ATS replacement?
For most mid-size construction firms, yes — Talent Ocean covers intake, screening, pipeline, and candidate history in one place. If you're attached to an existing system, we'll talk through how they coexist during the demo.
We're not a construction company. Is it still for us?
Construction is where the scoring is deepest today, and it's where we're onboarding first. The platform itself is industry-flexible — if you run recurring hiring in another field, tell us on the call and we'll be straight about fit and timing.
How long does onboarding take?
Founding customers are typically live within days, not months — our team does the setup. The larger investment is one working session where we calibrate scoring to how you actually evaluate candidates.
