Every track runs on the same plumbing: register the lead, we qualify it, you get paid on collected revenue. The differences are who it fits and how the reward is structured. The program overview has the short version.

Every engagement sells at or above a fixed rate-card minimum — nothing sells below it, pilots included. Your commission base never starts lower. We share the full rate card when you join.
5% of the referred client's first-3-months collected revenue — or take the $500 gift instead. Your choice, per closed referral. Most engagements run above the rate-card minimum, so most payouts do too.
10% of collected revenue for the referred client's first 12 months. Partners with 3+ active referred clients earn 12.5% — automatic, reviewed at each quarterly statement. An active referred client is one within its 12-month commission window with collected revenue in the most recent quarter.
You set your own pricing above our wholesale rate card and keep the difference — no cap on your pricing. Prefer a managed handoff instead? 15% revenue share for the first 12 months.
A lead is registered the moment it lands via /refer, or when the Partner Lead logs it in HubSpot on your behalf.
If two partners submit the same lead, credit goes to the first registration — resolved by timestamp, nothing else.
Your registration protects the lead for 90 days. The window renews with documented active conversation — a live deal stays yours.
If the lead is already an open deal in our pipeline, we tell you same-day — before either side spends time on it.
Every referred lead passes this gate first. It protects your reputation as much as our calendar — you only ever introduce someone into a conversation that can go somewhere.

The Referral track is built for individuals — clients, ex-clients, colleagues, friends. There is no agreement and no application; you submit a referral when a warm intro appears. If invoicing is more friction than it's worth, take the gift option instead of the revenue share.
Individuals who refer repeatedly — consultants, coaches, fractional executives — fit the Consulting track: a lightweight agreement, the activation kit, and 10% for 12 months instead of 5% for 3.
Companies join as Consulting Partners or White-Label Partners. Consulting fits agencies that refer work they don't deliver. White-Label fits firms that want to deliver under their own name — dev agencies at capacity, proposal consultancies, MSPs, established solo consultancies.
White-Label adds a schedule to the partner agreement covering brand use, delivery standards, and the part that matters most: client ownership stays with you. You sell at your pricing above our wholesale rate card and keep the margin.
Revenue-share payouts run quarterly, against an invoice you send us — your quarterly statement gives you the exact figure to bill. The $500 gift option requires no invoice. Payouts may be subject to standard tax reporting (for U.S. individuals, a Form 1099 where thresholds apply). For questions before you apply, write to hello@purelyworks.com.
Per closed referral, Referral Partners choose one of two rewards: 5% of the client's first-3-months collected revenue, or a $500 gift. The gift exists for people who don't want to invoice a vendor to thank a friend — no invoice needed. You confirm your choice when the referral closes; the preference you mark on the form is provisional.
Cash the client has actually paid us. Commission is never calculated on signed contract value — if a client signs an engagement and pays nothing, no commission accrues. As payments collect, your share collects with them and lands in the next quarterly payout.
Each track has a fixed window: Referral covers the client's first 3 months, Consulting covers the first 12 months, and the white-label managed-handoff alternative pays 15% for the first 12 months. After the window closes, the client relationship continues — the share doesn't.
You do. The white-label schedule states it plainly: client ownership stays with the partner. The client signs with you, pays you at your pricing, and sees your brand. We deliver to the agreed standards at the wholesale rate.
One track at a time. Most partners start on the Referral track — no agreement, no application. When referrals become regular, switch to the Consulting track; switching is a one-page Schedule A update, no re-onboarding.
Attribution disputes resolve by registration timestamp — first to register wins, no exceptions. If a lead is already an open deal in our pipeline, you're told same-day, before anyone invests time. Anything beyond attribution goes to the Partner Lead, and the Partner Agreement governs the outcome.
